THE NORTH HUDSON SEWERAGE AUTHORITY

The following are the scheduled holidays of the North Hudson Sewerage Authority (the

"Authority") for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027. On these listed days, the business office of the Authority located at 1600 Adams Street, Hoboken, New Jersey, shall be closed:

1. Lincoln’s Birthday, February 12

2. President’s Day, February 16

3. Good Friday, April 3

4. Memorial Day, May 25

5. Juneteenth, June 19

6. Independence Day, July 3

7. Labor Day, September 7

8. Columbus Day, October 12

9. Election Day, November 3

10. Veterans Day, November 11

11. Thanksgiving Day, November 26

12. Thanksgiving Weekend, November 27

13. Christmas Day, December 25

14. New Year's Day, January 1

15. Martin Luther King Day, January 18

A copy of this notice has been mailed to the Star Ledger, the Bergen Record, the Clerks

of Hoboken, Union City, Weehawken and West New York, and the Hudson County Clerk; a

copy of this notice has also been posted on the Authority Bulletin Board and Authority website at
